Part of the Dos Lagos Mixed-Use community, this complex is an experiment in medium-density housing nestled among recreational, retail, and commercial office space in this master-planned community. It is comprised of 174 for-sale residential units in two types: 93 live/work townhouses and 81 age-restricted apartments. Located on 7.3 acres bordered on the south by the two man-made lakes at Dos Lagos and Temescal Canyon Road to the east. The west and northern adjacent properties are earmarked for future development of hospitality and commercial uses.
