Each house has been sited for optimal solar and wind orientation, and to maximize views to the Atlas Mountains.

The houses vary from styles inspired by indigenous Moroccan architecture, and nearby Casablanca’s 1920’s Art Deco movement, to modern houses with a clean, harmonious aesthetic, all of which integrate and embrace details rooted in local craft traditions.
