Building Design of M. David Paul & Associates Burbank, CA by HLW. Project Description: The first of two buildings being developed by M.
David Paul to provide office rental space for the media industry in Burbank, California. Target Insight: Encourage tenant leasing by creating a unique, visually appealing entry into the Plaza Level of the building with extensive landscaping.
Continue touches of warm materials throughout the building. Outcome: This 14-story tower is built over 3-4 levels of underground parking.
The total building footprint occupies approximately 75,000 square feet on a 9 acre site. The Class A office building features unique granite and wood lobbies.
This project’s LEED rating is pending approval, but it is expected that the building will be certified Silver or Gold.
