The main regulation from town conservator for this project was the high of the building which should correspond to the neighbour tenement building from the thirtieth years (Piortkowska 134) and division of the fascade for two parts which would remember historical division of the plot.

The guideline from the investor was to emphasize the entrance to the complex and the main axis which is directed to the historical tower, part of Ramisch factory.
