Proctor Avenue in the City of Industry. Over 15,000 square feet of space was added to the existing warehouse, reorganizing the external and internal vehicular circulation.

The new building facade celebrates, in its simple lines, the industrial character of the city, providing long linear openings in the areas where natural light is required, such as offices and meeting places.
