The project also includes a new master suite, living room, dining room, kitchen, art gallery and gym. The “bridge” engages the pool on the backside, where sliding glass walls are able to be opened to the pool deck.

The deconstructed gable roof is suggestive of the existing architecture, however, the exterior walls of the new addition are made up of layers of glass and polycarbonate panels that provide privacy where required.
